To participate, you are:

• Between 18 and 68 years of age and 10 pounds or more above your ideal weight 
• Not currently diagnosed with a serious illness
• Not currently pregnant or nursing
• Able to reliably and accurately complete a monthly questionnaire of 5-10 minutes in duration
