 #1 WHY PARTICIPATE?

What are Open Trials?

Open Trials are research studies which typically occur subsequent to Stage III Randomized, Double Blind, Placebo Controlled Clinical Trials. The materials being tested have previously demonstrated a significant positive benefit and safety. Open Trials often enroll large numbers of participants and are utilized to expedite approval. These studies have significant advantages for participants.

What are the advantages?

Open Trials do not utilize placebos. The materials you receive have already been subjected to intense scrutiny and proven in a number of other studies. Now we want to know how well these materials work for real people who vary in their ages, lifestyles, habits and personal goals.

No additional inconveniences are required. No doctor's appointments and tests, no travel and no extra expenses. Just accurately complete and mail a brief monthly questionnaire and that's it. And you are paid monthly for your convenient participation.

Are the Studies Safe?

Yes, each of the studies listed follows a number of rigorous Clinical Trials which indicate no safety issues and significant benefits.

Do I need to change my diet and activity level for this?

No, you don't need to change your personal habits to participate. Exercise and nutrition are valuable additions to a healthy lifestyle and if you wish to alter your habits, you are free to do so. All we ask is that you make note of any changes on your monthly questionnaire so that we have the information. Despite the fact that all test materials are non-stimulants, individuals often find that they have an improved energy level and an increase in their personal motivation.

Since I am being Paid to Participate, Why do I need to send $144?

In the course of populating and conducting weight loss studies, we have noted a tendency for some individuals who are approved for participation and receive the test materials to subsequently neglect to even begin the easy to follow program. This occurs only in the weight loss studies and we're not sure why. As medication which is in a pre-production status is more expensive to provide, we suffer the loss of valuable research materials.

We have also unfortunately discovered instances of a few individuals abusing this program to commit fraud. They most commonly arrange to freely receive a quantity of the test materials, which they then sell for profit. In these cases, the validity of the resulting data pool may then be compromised.

To ensure the continued viability of this program, we require a one-time refunded deposit of $144, which is then promptly returned, along with your first compensation, at completion of 30 days of the study. Other than this deposit, there are no costs.
